Frosmo helps to increase your sales conversion rates
Frosmo is unique cloud based software designed to make sales conversion increasing easy, fun and effective. Method used for it is what we call personalization. The idea is to give you an effective way to show right content to the right users. This is how it works:
Installing Frosmo
After we've agreed what plan is the best for you we'll deliver you a short string of Javascript. Install it to your website according to our instructions. We'll also deliver you login credentials which you can use to access the Frosmo software.
The Right Users
Starting point for using Frosmo is to define user segments for your service. In Frosmo user identification is based on either i) cookies, ii) your own log in method or iii) any social network API - like Facebook Connect.
Any of these methods can be implied. If possible the idea is to combine demographic information with behavioral based tracking. Behavioral based tracking provides even by itself a very effective way to segment your users.
When creating segments in Frosmo you have variety of rules to choose from. As a basis of segmentation you can use for example:
- Links the users clicks
- Products user is watching or buying
- Keywords user has used when entering your service from a search engine (like Google)
- Product search inside your service
- Duration of the visit
- Retention rate
Rules can be applied immediately when user enters your service. The segment user belongs to can vary for example if the users' behavior changes.
The key thing is to build high quality segmented users. The idea is to present more relevant content to them then your current service.
We gladly help you to build the right segments. As a basic rule you should be able to segment roughly 1/3 of your daily visitors.
The Right Content
Great - now you have segments and some users identified to those! Next thing what you do with Frosmo is really magical: without any changes to your website layout (or CMS) you can start to show the right content to your segmented users.
Showing the content is based on Frosmo's Javascripts ability to create layers on top of your website. You can make these layers look just like your website. Usually the easiest thing to do is to choose some parts of your home page (for example couple of boxes) which you decide to use for personalized content. For those users who are not segmented the site will look just like it's been before. For segmented users the content will be loaded so quickly on top of your site that it's impossible to notice.
Note: Our script is loaded through Amazon cloud service so it works always!
You can select existing content from your service or you can create whole new content to present to your segmented users. You can easily create several variations of the content to each segment.
Frosmo tracks what happens once the users click the personalized content. Frosmo also tracks if the segmented users buy the products you promote in personalized content. This is a great way to find out if you're taking things to the right direction!
The next thing is to start repeating this process - increasing your sales conversion!
Analyzing and Iterating
Frosmo provides massive amounts of granular data for each segment (cohort analysis). Our approach is unique and makes it easy for you to discover lot of information about your segmented users. You can for example compare how much revenue each segment brings, compare the products their buying, retention rates and other valuable statistics. All segment by segment.
This information can be utilized when you create new segments or you improve your current segmentation rules. Remember: it's important to have high quality segments with users. That's the key for effective conversion improvement as you start to test different kind of content to your segmented users!
You can also create lot of variations of your personalized content and you can try to create new content to different parts of your service.

Remember to have courage to try different things: the idea is that you can limit your test to very small group of segmented users and compare how your crazy new idea works without jeopardizing your whole service!
