Online Marketing Manager
Do you have what it takes to build a global B2B brand online? Are you an experienced builder of online communities? To support our hyper-growth and introduction of new services, we are looking for an innovative, ambitious member to join our international marketing team.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Responsible for online marketing strategy and designing, building and maintaining our social media presence
- Develop, implement, track and optimize our international digital marketing campaigns across channels
- Plan and execute creative web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and content
- Growth and interaction owner of social media channels, developer and partner communities
- Explore new, creative online marketing opportunities, channels and partnerships
- Plan, execute and measure marketing experiments and conversion tests
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs)
- Integrate offline marketing activities with online presence
We are looking for an online marketing pro with
- +3 years of experience in international online marketing and advertising
- True passion for social media and the ability to use it for engaging two way communications
- Active personal presence and excellent knowledge of social networks
- Creative thinking with an ability to use data to make decisions and analyze results
- In depth understanding and proven results of online community building and management
- Solid know-how to run social and online marketing campaigns internationally
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- High ambition level and proven drive to improve
- Strong communication and social skills
- Team player with the ability to manage projects with internal and external partners
- Understanding of sales funnel and eCommerce
- High tolerance for change and working outside comfort zone
- Interest in internet technologies and solutions
- Native level spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
- BA/MA level education in marketing and/or communications
