We are looking for a creative Website Manager to build and develop frosmo.com to provide excellent user experiences for its visitors from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rich and relevant customer experiences for the different Frosmo.com user segments
• Develop the Frosmo.com website (concept, content, UI/UX, usability) utilizing the FROSMO platform
• Lead website optimization efforts and drive greater lead capture
• Create and optimize landing pages for online and offline campaigns and events
• Create conversion paths and provide analysis of results
• Collaborate with internal teams on content creation and publishing

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in website development
• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in computer science, design or related
• Excellent ability to design engaging user experiences
• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and executing A/B tests
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing SEO best practices
• Solid knowledge of usability and website analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics
• Ability to create written and/or visual content is a plus
• Native level spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
• High ambition level and drive to improve
• Strong communication and social skills
• Team player with the ability to work with internal and external partners
• Willingness to learn and work with the Frosmo solution
