Sales Manager, UK
Frosmo’s Global Sales team is looking for a motivated and passionate sales self-starter to join our team in the London office.
Frosmo personalisation software helps operators to provide unique personalised user experiences to achieve a competitive advantage and increase revenues. We are personalisation and optimisation evangelists and love spreading the word, sharing how dynamic content and recommendations can increase conversation and engagement rates. iGaming is a core market for us and to be successful in the role you will already be well connected in the industry – you may come from an operator and understand the challenges presenting prospects with rising acquisition costs and competitive markets. You may work with a platform or game provider offering a service to the industry and understand all the various moving parts that help create a great iGaming product.
What you’ll do:
- Grow new business in the iGaming arena and win new logos Globally for Frosmo’s SaaS software
- Identify and develop leads, book meetings, and develop contacts and prospects
- Identify value-adding use cases with prospects and close business through a value-based sales process
- Be a ‘figure of authority’ on the industry, driving credibility through your knowledge of the market conditions and competitor’s offerings.
- Be Frosmo’s representative towards customers and partners
- Provide feedback from the market to the Product department, helping us understand how we compare to the competition and what we can do to further improve our positioning and drive USPs.
- Work with the customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to operations enabling the value creation and up-sell potential
- Prepare sales presentations, host discovery workshops, negotiate contracts
- Maintain the CRM and data accuracy with your sales activities
- Experience in B2B sales, selling software and/or digital business-related solutions or services
- Good understanding of the iGaming industry and how personalisation can make a huge impact
- Understanding of digital services, tech stack, and how online services work
- Willingness and curiosity to understand the product and become a trusted advisor in the personalization technology
- Proven ability to sell to mid-sized and large international organizations
- Self-starter attitude and ability to maintain an energetic pace in prospecting as well as deal progression
- Passion for sales and winning new business
- Willingness and experience to work in small teams and when getting things done, creativity, flexibility, and innovation are keys
- Working knowledge and practice on how to use social selling in new business
- BA or MA degree in business or technology
- Native-level or bilingual proficiency in English
